We promote regular hand-washing by displaying posters in customer and employee WCs encouraging good hand washing practice with soap and water.
Staff training to ensure our team have the highest level of understanding on all aspects of the prevention measures.
We have prominently displayed alcohol-based hand sanitisers in various areas. such as Hotel Reception, Bar & Restaurant, these are refilled as and when required.
Gloves and masks will be provided to those who wish.
We continue to promote good respiratory hygiene by displaying posters in WCs encouraging good respiratory hygiene.
We carry out hourly cleaning of public areas, elevators etc. to an excellent standard using a disinfectant.
The Grand Hotel will operate at lower occupancy levels than normal to ensure social distancing.
A contactless check in has been developed, meaning guests can check into rooms without staff interaction.
