Charity Events

We take the pressure off and allow you to concentrate on the important factor - raising lots of money for charity. From complimentary room hire to being able to create your menu within budget, The Grand Hotel Swansea fully supports charity events. You will be assigned an event coordinator to help you plan your event and ensure everything runs smoothly from the entertainment to the food.

We can include:

- Complimentary room hire 
- White or black table linen 
- Red Carpet arrival 
- Projector and screen to show any photos 
- 3 courses from £22 
- Raffle prize donated by the hotel 
- Table numbers and holders 
- Mirrors and martini vase centre pieces.

We will work with you to publicise your event through our website and social media channels.
