- Only a valid credit/debit card can secure a room on our Penthouse/Superior Suite

- Full payment is taken up to 48 hours prior to arrival, additional pre-authorisation will be needed on arrival.

- Children are not permitted on our Penthouse/Superior Suites.

- Strict double occupancy conditions apply, that is a maximum of 2 adults only.

Deposit Policy

  • We no longer require a pre-authorisation on arrival for all guests, only when they are paying cash.
  • Please note, if guests choose to pay by cash, a deposit of £30 per person is required (payable by a pre-authorisation (swipe of a credit/debit card), or cash deposit with a valid photo ID).
  • Our mini-bars in our Executive, Penthouse and Superior Suites are not stocked on arrival. If guests wish for this to be stocked they need to contact the hotel prior to arrival, in which a pre-authorisation of £60.00 is taken on arrival, whatever is not used is then refunded to the card.
  • We can only offer mini-bar stockage to guests who pay a deposit via card (pre-auth) and are unable to accept cash deposits for this.
