Cancellation Policy:
When booking online we offer a 12 o'clock (Day of Arrival) cancelation policy.  Group bookings may be subject to variation

Children and Extra Bed Policy:
All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy:
The hotel does not require deposits on bedroom reservations however Christmas & New Years packages are subject to deposits when on Dinner B&B basis

The hotel offers chargeable WIFI facilities in all of its 31 bedrooms.  The hotel will soon host complimentary WIFI hotspots in its main foyer & Cove Piano Bar - contact reception on 01792 645898 for details

Parking:
Due to the hotels central location it does not host its own private parking.  We do however have a fully secure multistory alongside, which is priced at £5.00 per 24hours

Pets:
Pets are not allowed.
